农民工组织化维权现状及其效果的影响因素研究——基于河南省X县农民工的调查

摘　　要：农民工组织化维权的主要目标在于追求维权效果——经济权益的实现。选取组织化维权意愿、组织化维权方式、组织化维权能力、组织化维权效果等与农民工组织化维权问题紧密关联的四大要素,通过社会调查收集数据,进行因子分析、相关分析以及回归分析发现:当前农民工组织化维权的意愿较强、方式多样、能力较弱、效果一般;影响农民工组织化维权效果的主要因素包括维权组织核心领导的能力、依托维权组织能力的重要性、依托维权组织的能力、维权组织的作用和维权组织的特征,各因素对农民工组织化维权效果具有显著正向影响,且影响程度从大到小正依此序排列。提高农民工组织化维权的意愿,优化农民工组织化维权的方式,支持农民工维权组织的发展,增强农民工组织化维权的能力是提高农民工组织化维权程度、提升组织化维权效果的可行选择。The main purpose of migrant workers' organized right-safeguarding actions is to realize their economic rights and interests. This paper selected four factors closely connected to issues of migrant workers' organized actions:aspiration,methods,ability, and effectiveness,collected survey data,and made factor analysis. Correlation and regression analysis reveals that the actions had strong aspiration from the workers,used multiple methods,but their ability was weak and effectiveness not so satisfactory;the main factors influencing the effectiveness of actions include the ability of organizational leaders,importance of relying on right-safeguarding organizations,capability of relying on them,the organizations' functions and characteristics,which all have significant positive influence,and their corresponding impacts are placed in descending order. Enhancing the workers' aspiration,optimizing the methods,supporting the development of organizations,and strengthening the ability of migrant workers are feasible choices for improving the organization of workers and bettering the effectiveness of actions.
