直接灸四花穴防治肺癌化疗骨髓抑制的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察直接灸四花穴防治肺癌化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将60例不宜手术治疗的III、IV期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组30例及对照组30例。两组均采用TP化疗方案,观察组化疗的同时采用直接灸四花穴治疗,每穴施灸3壮,每天1次,10天为一个疗程,共计1个疗程。1个疗程结束后比较两组血象的变化,证实直接灸四花穴在防治肺癌化疗所致骨髓抑制中所起的作用。结果:治疗后两组白细胞(Leucocyte,WBC)、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,HGB)、血小板(Blood Platelets,PLT)及对照组中性粒细胞(Neutrophilic Granulocyte,NEU)均明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),但观察组NEU无明显变化(P>0.05),观察组WBC、HGB下降程度不如对照组明显(P<0.01),治疗后两组PLT比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:直接灸四花穴在一定程度上能减轻肺癌化疗所致骨髓抑制。Objective:To observe efficacy of direct moxibustion on Sihua on bone marrow suppression in chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30cases in each group.Both groups took TP chemotherapy.The observation group took direct moxibustion on Sihua more,3cones per point,10days as a course,for10days.Results:After treatment,WBC,HGB and PLT in both groups and NEU in the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).There is no significant difference of NEU in the observation group(P>0.05).The level of WBC and HGB in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,there was no significant difference of PLT between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:To a certain extent,direct moxibustion on Sihua can reduce bone marrow suppression of patients with chemotherapy.
