活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析对糖尿病足患者采用活血通脉汤进行治疗的临床效果,旨在为临床诊疗工作提供依据。方法:选取我院接诊的糖尿病足80例患者,将所有患者随机分成两组:对照组包含40例患者,施行西医常规治疗;研究组包含40例患者,给予活血通脉汤进行治疗。观察及比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、神经传导速度(NVC)及中医症候积分变化。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者治疗后的总有效率明显较高(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的中医症候积分、NCV均有明显改善,其中又以研究组的改善幅度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病足患者采用活血通脉汤进行治疗疗效显著,可有效改善患者的症状与下肢神经传导速度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Tongmai decoction on diabetic foot,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group,40patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The study group was treated with the Huoxue Tongmai decoction.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity and TCM syndrome score were observed and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and NCV in two groups were improved significantly,and the improvement rate in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Tongmai decoction on diabetic foot is effective,can effectively improve the patient's symptoms and lower extremity nerve conduction velocity,and is worthy of further promotion.
