益气养阴法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论益气养阴法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效,为中医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染提供新思路。方法:选用40例符合小儿反复呼吸道感染气阴两虚证临床特点的患儿,随机分成治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组采用益气养阴法治疗,对照组采用玉屏风颗粒治疗,对40例患儿进行临床疗效分析。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且在减少患儿反复呼吸道感染的频率,改善临床症状,增强患儿体质等方面具有显著的优越性。结论:益气养阴法治疗反复呼吸道感染气阴两虚证患儿能够明显改善症状,减少发病次数。因此,益气养阴法是治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的有效方法。Objective:To discuss effects of the Yiqi Yangyin therapy on recurrent respiratory tract infection,and provide new ideas for treating recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:40children were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,20cases in each.The treatment group was treated by the Yiqi Yangyin therapy.The control group was treated with the Yupingfeng granule.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was better;the method was more significant in reducing the frequency of recurrent respiratory tract infection,improving clinical symptoms and enhancing the physical constitution.Conclusion:Treating recurrent respiratory tract infection of the Qiyin Liangxu syndrome by the Yiqi Yangyin therapy can significantly improve symptoms,reduce occurrences.So,the Yiqi Yangyin therapy is effective on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.
