采用中医辨证法在慢性支气管炎中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对中医辨证疗法在慢性支气管炎患者治疗中应用的效果观察。方法:选取2014年5月-2015年7月期间收治的105例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,按不同治疗措施分组:对照组50例、观察组55例,分别予常规对症治疗、中医对症治疗。结果:在临床总有效率方面观察组取得了89.1%的疗效,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、喘息评分均较对照组患者的更低,差异存在显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医辨证疗法治疗慢性支气管炎取得了更好的疗效,且患者症状改善程度更佳,值得今后临床推广应用。Objective:To observe efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation on chronic bronchitis.Methods:105cases were divided into the control group(50cases)and observation group(55cases),respectively received conventional symptomatic treatment and TCM symptomatic treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was89.1%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Scores of cough,sputum,wheezing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation on chronic bronchitis was more effective,by improving symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application in the future.
