腹腔镜脾切除术治疗54例外伤性脾破裂临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜脾切除术治疗54例外伤性脾破裂临床观察。方法:收集我院2014年6月~2015年6月入院治疗进行脾切除术的患者54例,男39例,女15例,年龄16~54岁,平均(33.21±6.28)岁。采用腹腔镜对54例患者进行脾切除术,观察腹腔镜脾切除手术临床效果。结果:54例患者进行切除手术时间为85~150min,平均时间为(100.2±21.6)min,手术后3~5天伤口初期愈合,手术后引流量观察40~390ml,平均(112.5±73.1)ml,患者住院时间7~15d,平均(11.2±2.8)d,术中、术后均未发生感染、大出血等症状。结论:腹腔镜脾切除术创伤小,患者并发症少,腹腔镜脾切除术对外伤性脾破裂的治疗是安全、适合推广的。Objective:To investigate the clinical observation of laparoscopic splenectomy on treatment54patients with traumatic splenic rupture.Methods:In total,54patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy were admitted and treated in our hospital from June2014to June2015,including male39and female15,age of16to54(33.21±6.28years).The clinical effect was observed.Results:The operative time was85~150min for splenectomy(100.2±21.6min),postoperatively,3-5days for the primary wound healed up,40~390mlfor drainage(112.5±73.1ml),7~15days for hospitalization(11.2±2.8days).No wound infection and massive hemorrhage were found during intraoperative and postoperative splenectomy.Conclusions:Laparoscopic splenectomy is safe for traumatic splenic rupture,with less traumatic procedure,less complication,and its application should be extended.
