摘  要:选择22个玉米品种,在苗期采用注射法人工接种玉米黑粉菌,对玉米瘤黑粉病发病时间、发病率、病情指数进行统计分析,以鉴定玉米品种对瘤黑粉病的抗病性。结果表明:接种8 d后,玉米品种陆续开始发病,第13天进入发病增速期,第16天达到发病高峰期,第18天后病情基本稳定;玉米品种间对瘤黑粉病的抗性存在差异,其中LD901、太平洋891表现为高抗,京科665、金糯628表现为中抗,耐斯1号、京单38、南美1号等12个品种表现为抗病,糯2000、太平洋98、Golden Bautam、中彩甜糯8号、15H–09、绿色先锋F1表现为感病。Maise seedlings from22of maise varieties were inoculated with Ustilago maydis by artificial injection,anddisease resistance of these maise varieties were evaluated by onset of symptom,incidence rate and disease index.Theresults showed that the infection symptom was first observed at eight days post inoculation(dpi),the diseased maize ofall varieties developed quickly since13dpi and become outbreak until16dpi and disease status become stable from18dpi.Disease resistance was different among maize varieties:varieties LD901and TPY891showed to be high resistant,varieties JK665and JN628showed to be middle resistant and12varieties of maize,such as NS1,JD38and NM1showedresistant to Ustilago maydis while varieties N2000,TPY98,Golden Bautam,ZCTN8,15H–09and LSXF F1showed tobe susceptible to Ustilago maydis.
