摘  要:为了研究润湿剂对细颗粒表面润湿性能的改善效果及其促进细颗粒在水汽条件下的长大特性,对添加润湿剂Tween20作用下的细颗粒表面润湿性能进行了测量,并通过在热水中添加润湿剂研究了Tween20对细颗粒在水汽条件下长大的影响.结果表明:Tween20可以有效改善细颗粒表面的润湿性能并促进细颗粒的长大,同时Tween20的添加方式和添加量对促进细颗粒的长大效果都有一定的影响;Tween20的添加浓度不同对细颗粒的长大促进作用机制也不同,在Tw een20浓度10~30 g/L的范围内,添加润湿剂有利于细颗粒的长大,但当Tw een20的添加浓度超过30 g/L后,添加润湿剂虽然可以提高颗粒长大的最终直径,但是润湿剂的增加并不利于小粒径段(<1μm)细颗粒的长大,Tween20的浓度为30 g/L时对细颗粒的长大促进效果最优.因此,在应用润湿剂促进细颗粒物长大并脱除时,适量地添加润湿剂才能达到最佳的促进效果.In order to investigate the improvement effects by surfactant addition and growth characteristics of fine particles under water vapor with surfactant addition,the wetting performance of fine particles with Tween20addition was measured,and the effect of Tween20addition on fine particles enlargement under the water vapor was also experimentally studied.The results show that particle surface wetting properties and enlargement can be improved by Tween20addition,and the addition way and the concentration of Tween20both have an impact on the particle enlargement.The mechanism that surfactant facilitate particle enlargement varies with its addition concentration.In a certain concentration(10to30g/L),its increase is in favor of particle enlargement,however,when the Tween20addition concentration is above30g/L,the final average diameter of particles after growth increases while the surfactant addition has negative effect on small particle(<1(xm)enlargement.The optical performance of the particle enlargement appears when Tween20addition is30g/L.Therefore,a suitable surfactant addition has the best effect on facilitating particle enlargement and removal.
