摘  要:带钢温度的准确预测对带钢连续热处理炉的设计、离线分析、在线控制具有重要意义。基于蒙特卡洛方法,建立了带钢连续热处理立式炉热过程分析模型,该模型将W型辐射管简化为I型辐射管,考虑了辐射管温度分布对带钢温度分布的影响,能够模拟不同带钢规格、钢种、带速、炉温制度、辐射管温度分布等工况下的带钢温度。为带钢连续热处理立式炉热过程分析奠定了基础。An accurate mathematical model for prediction of strip temperature distribution in vertical furnace is very important,especially for vertical furnace design,off-line analysis and on-line control.In present paper,based on Monte Carlo method,a mathematical model for the analysis of heat transfer inside continuous heat treatment vertical furnace has been built.In this mathematical model,the W type radiant tubes are simplified to I type radiant tubes.And the impacts of temperature distribution of radiant tubes on strip temperature distribution are considered.The mathematical model also can simulate the effects of parameters such as strip size,strip type,strip velocity,furnace temperature and radiant tube temperature et al.on strip temperature.This mathematical model provides a foundation for heat transfer analysis of continuous heat treatment vertical furnace.
