摘 要:以82B盘条的连铸生产为研究对象,采用ProCast商业软件根据实际生产的工艺参数建立铸坯的凝固传热模型,并利用射钉试验对模型进行校正以提高模型的准确性。在末搅位置无法前移的前提下,将拉速由1.2 m/min提高到1.4 m/min,铸坯中心C偏析由1.33降低至1.10。In combination with the actual situation of82B wire rod of a billet continuous caster,a mathematical model was established to investigate the solidification and heat transfer using ProCast package,which was validated by comparing the shell thickness achieved by the nail shooting experiment to improve the accuracy of the mathematical model.According to the experimental results,casting speed was changed from1.2m/min to1.4m/min because of the fixed position of F-EMS.Then central carbon segregation was reduced from1.33to1.10.
