摘　　要：砌体结构是一种历史悠久的建筑结构形式,在我国农村和城镇郊区依然分布广泛。总结了砌体结构地震易损性的研究背景和研究意义,阐明了解析地震易损性、经验地震易损性和混合地震易损性的基本方法,给出了不同方法的适用范围。总结了国内外砌体结构地震易损性各研究方法的最新应用进展。This paper introduces the research background and research significance of seismic vulnerability of masonry structure,clarifies the basic methods of analyzing seismic vulnerability,experience seismic vulnerability and mixed seismic vulnerability,and gives the applicable range of different methods.This paper summarizes the latest application of the research methods on the seismic vulnerability of masonry structures at home and abroad.
