摘　　要：目的:探讨短节段固定融合法治疗腰椎管狭窄并退变性侧弯的临床疗效。方法:收治腰椎管狭窄合并退变性侧弯患者23例,采用短节段固定融合法治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者腰椎前凸角和VAS评分显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:短节段固定融合法治疗腰椎管狭窄合并退变性侧弯的临床疗效较好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of short segment fixation fusion in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosiscomplicated with degenerative scoliosis.Methods:23patients with lumbar spinal stenosis complicated with degenerative scoliosiswere selected.They were treated with short segment fixation fusion.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:After treatment,lumbar lordosis and VAS score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of short segment fixationfusion in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis complicated with degenerative scoliosis was significant.
