小针刀应用在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀应用在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者68例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用针刺联合电针治疗,研究组采用小针刀为主治疗。结果:研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀应用在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的临床效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:68patients withlumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control groupwere treated with the acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment.The study group were treated with acupunctureResults:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application effect of small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant.
