水通道蛋白1在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中的表达情况分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期高血压患者胎盘组织中水通道蛋白1的表达情况。方法:收治妊娠期高血压患者60例为研究组,以同期正常足月剖宫产孕妇60例为对照组。结果:各组孕妇胎盘组织中均有AQP1的表达;AQP1阳性表达率:重度子痫前期组>轻度子痫前期组>妊娠期高血压组>对照组(P<0.05)。结论:AQP1在胎盘组织中的表达与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生及病情轻重程度有关。Objective:To investigate the expression of aquaporin1(AQP1)in placenta tissue from the patients with differentsubsets of gestational hypertension.Methods:60pregnant women who were diagnosed as gestational hypertension were enrolled inthe study group,and60cases of the normal full-term cesarean section at the same period as the control group.Results:Theexpression of AQP1in placental tissue of pregnant women in each group;the positive rate of AQP1expression:the severepreeclampsia group>mild preeclampsia group>gestational hypertension group>the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theexpression of AQP1in placenta related to the incidence and severity of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
