基于偏离-份额分析的东营市产业结构优化研究

摘　　要：运用静态偏离-份额(SSM)分析法,以2005年为基期,2015年为末期,对东营市三次产业的份额分量、产业结构偏离分量和竞争力偏离分量三大指标的不同状况进行综合分析.通过动态偏离-份额分析法对静态偏离-份额在研究时存在的不足进行补充.通过动态和静态两种不同的分析方法,对东营市近10年的产业结构发展做了精确的分析.最后,对东营市产业结构优化提出建议.In this paper,the static deviation shift-share method(SSM)is used to analyze the different components,deviation of industrial structure,and competitive deviation component of the three industries of Dongying city from2005to2015.Secondly,the dynamic deviance quotient method is used to study the deficiency of the static deviate quotient.Dynamic and static analysis methods are used to do an accurate analysis of industrial structure development of Dongying city in nearly10years.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the industrial structure of Dongying.
