摘　　要：[目的]确定引发牛羊流产的主要原因,从而提出科学有效的综合防控措施。[方法]采用疫病监测和流行病学调查方法,从饲养管理、疫病流行、流产情况、疫苗免疫等方面进行分析。[结果]分析认为:疫病是造成牛羊流产的主要原因,其中引发羊流产的主要是布鲁氏菌病和衣原体病,而引发牛流产的疫病具有多样性;饲养管理不善、饲草缺乏、环境条件差、消毒和卫生清扫不彻底、疫苗免疫应激等非疫病性因素也是引起牛流产的重要原因。[结论]分析结果提示:对羊应实施布鲁氏菌病、衣原体病免疫,对牛应加强饲养管理和卫生消毒;减少疫病的发生是防控牛羊流产的有效措施。[Objective]In order to determine the main reasons of the cattle and sheep abortion,so as to put forward scientific and effective comprehensive prevention and control measures for reducing economic loss.[Methods]Through disease surveillance and epidemiological investigation,an analysis was made from the fields of feeding management,prevalence of diseases,abortion and vaccination.[Results]Results showed the main reasons causing abortion of cattle and sheep were some animal diseases.Sheep abortion were mainly caused by Brucellosis and Chlamydia.For cattle,various diseases could result in abortion,in addition,other non-disease factors also played important role in cattle abortion,such as improper breeding management,lack of forage grass,poor environmental conditions,incomplete disinfection and cleaning,as well as adverse reactions of vaccination.[Conclusion]Results indicated that sheep should be immunized with vaccines against Brucellosis and Chlamydia.For cattle,feeding management and disinfection should be strengthened.Besides,reduction of disease outbreaks could effectively avoid abortion of cattle and sheep.
