摘　　要：为了解乌鲁木齐市的犬绦虫感染情况,对2012—2015年在乌鲁木齐市8个区(县)采集的17 710份散养犬粪便,采用直接涂片法和漂浮法进行检查,对绦虫卵进行计数,统计感染率。结果共检出阳性样品1 870份,感染率为10.56%;半农半牧型区县的犬绦虫感染情况较主城区区县严重;4年内各区县的犬绦虫感染率整体呈下降趋势。建议各区县落实"犬犬驱虫,月月投药"策略,加强对城市流浪犬的管理。To recongize the infection status of canine Tapeworm in Urumqi city,17710stool samples of cage-free canines were collected from8districts and counties during2012-2015.Then the samples were examined by direct smear and floatation,and the number of Tapeworm eggs was counted to obtain the infection rate.Results showed1870samples were confirmed positive,with an infection rate of10.56%.In addition,Tapeworm infection rates in farming and pastoral areas were higher than that in the main city zones.In general,canine Tapeworm infection rates presented a downward trend in these counties during2012-2015.According to the investigation,the strategy of“Expelling Parasites for Every Dog,Administrating Drugs in Every Month”should be conscientiously implemented,as well as strengthening management of stray dogs in cities.
