摘 要:针对传统串联谐振电流型高频链逆变电源实现闭环控制需要产生全局高品质参考信号、对各信号间时序和相位一致性要求高、硬件复杂、可靠性差等问题,提出采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术,通过周期地调用FPGA内部的IP核来产生各参考信号并进行相应逻辑判别处理,从而完成串联谐振电流型高频链逆变电源控制信号的EDA实现.该方法不仅确保逆变电源可以完成正常的功率变换,还极大简化了硬件电路,提高了设备的可靠性,特别适用于产生逆变电源各功率开关管的驱动信号这种需要多路信号同时输出的场合.最后在Modelsim环境下搭建仿真实验平台,实验结果验证了本文所提出理论与方法的正确性.Aiming at the problem that the closed-loop control of the traditional series resonant current type high frequency chain inverter power supply(PS)needs to produce the global high quality reference signals,and problems such as high consistency of timing and phase,hardware complexity and poor reliability,this paperproposes utilizing the direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS)technology and periodically calling the internal IPcore of field programmable gate array(FPGA)to generate the reference signals and carry through the corresponding logic discrimination processing,thus implementing electronic design automation(EDA)of theseries resonant current type high-frequency chain inverter PS control signal.This method not only ensures that the inverter PS realizes the normal power conversion,but also greatly simplifies the hardware circuit,and enhancesthe reliability of the equipment,which is especially applicable to generating the drive-signal of all the power switching tubes of the inverter PS,namely the occasion that requires simultaneous multiple signals output.Finally,the simulation experiment platform is built under Modelsim environment.The experimental results verify the correctness of the theory and method proposed in this paper.
