预选士官的汽车电气教学改革探讨

摘　　要：随着部队车辆装备的更新换代,对预选士官的汽车电气教学提出了更高的要求.首先分析了目前汽车电气教学现状;然后针对该教学所存在的问题,从重构教材体系、调整教学内容和改变考核方式三个方面提出了改革措施;最后给出了汽车电气教学的实施效果.教学实践表明,预选士官学员总体考核成绩得到了提升.With view of higher demands on automobile electrical teaching of the preselected non-commissioned officers(NCO)with automobiles replacement and update of the army,this article firstly analyzes the current automobile electrical teaching situation.Secondly,aiming at the problems existing in the auto electrical teaching and starting from three aspects such as refactoring of teaching material system,adjustment of teaching contents and change of examination modes,the article proposes innovation measures.Finally implementation effect of automobile electrical teaching is also presented in the article.Teaching practice demonstrates that overall grades of the preselected NCO cadets’examination achievements have been escalated.
