摘　　要：新钢11~#高炉通过改造热风炉煤气预热器冷排、修正上料程序、改进皮带托辊更换制度、高炉富氧鼓风、修复预热器、半自动烧炉、改变烧炉方式等一系列技术措施,有效降低热风炉煤气消耗,提高了风温水平。Through taking a series of technical measures such as transforming the gas preheater cooling grid of the hot stove,modifying charging program,improving the replacement system of the belt support rollers,enriched oxygen blast,restoring the preheater,semi-automatic furnace firing and changing firing mode,the No.11blast furnace of Xinyu Steel effectively reduced gas consumption of the hot stove and increased blast temperature.
