化工实验室安全管理体系的创建研究

摘　　要：化工实验操作具有易燃易爆、高温高压、有毒害的特点,化工实验室安全运行是化工实验室管理的重点。为此,在进行化工实验操作的同时制定了化工实验室安全管理体系。该体系以完善化的安全管理组织结构、健全的化工实验室管理制度、充分的化工实验安全管理技术保障等共同组成。文章结合化工实验容易出现的安全事故特点以及对化工实验操作不安全因素的分析,从化工实验室安全管理意识理念、化工实验室安全制度建设、化工实验室安全硬件保障、实验室安全防护技能训练等方面具体分析化工实验室安全管理体系的创建。Chemical engineering experiment has the characteristics of being flammable and explosive,high temperature and high pressure,being toxic and the safety operation of chemical engineering laboratory is the key of chemical engineering laboratory management system.Therefore,at the time of taking chemical engineering experiment,the safety management system of chemical engineering laboratory is also made.This system is constituted with perfect safety management organization structure,sound chemical engineering laboratory management system and sufficient chemical experiment safety management technical guarantee.In this paper,by combining with the characteristics of easy encountered safety accidents and analyzing the insecurity factor of chemical engineering experiment operation,it has taken specific analysis of the building of chemical engineering laboratory safety management system from the safety management consciousness concept,safety system construction,safety hardware guarantee and safety protection skills training of chemical engineering laboratory etc.aspect.
