摘 要:石油化工行业当中使用的条形催化剂都必须要有一定的粒度分布。一般是使用挤条机将催化剂挤出成型之后再切断,使其达到工艺要求的长度范围。目前催化剂载体生产过程中所用的断条设备主要通过切刀类的切割作用,将条形物切断,选择性差,而且增加了催化剂条形物的破碎率,降低了成品收率,致使催化剂成品长短不一。为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本论文设计研发了一种破碎率较低,成品收率较高,且具有很好断条选择性的离心式催化剂载体断条机。The bar-shaped catalyst used in petroleum and chemical engineering industry must have certain degree of particle size distribution.Generally,the banded extruder will be used to extrude the catalyst in shape,which will be cut off then so that to satisfy the length range of technology requirement.Currently,the used bar-breaking equipment in catalyst carrier production process mainly adopt the slicer type of equipment to cut off the bar-shaped objects,however,these equipment have a bad selectivity besides,they have increased the breakage rate of catalyst bar-shaped object and reduced the yield coefficient of finished products,which has caused the difference in length of catalyst.In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing technologies,this paper has designed and developed one centrifugal catalyst carrier bar-breaking machine,which has low breakage rate,high yield coefficient of finished products and good bar-breaking selectivity.
