摘  要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)因其价格低廉、制造工艺成熟、具有优良的耐腐蚀性和阻燃性被广泛应用。但其热稳定性差、加工强度低等缺点致使加工、使用困难。本文以正己胺、马来酸酐、氢氧化钠、盐酸为原料合成N-正已烷基马来酰胺酸,以其为基本单元,从而制备N-正已烷基马来酰胺酸镧(Ⅲ)配合物(LaL_3),并利用红外光谱、熔点测量等对配合物进行基本性能及结构分析。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)与扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的微观结构进行表征,通过刚果红实验测试配合物对PVC的热稳定效能及复合助剂对PVC热稳定剂的协同效应。通过将复合助剂与PVC混炼压片后,对其力学性能的测定研究。实验表明,复合助剂加入后,PVC的热稳定时间延长,达到16多分钟,较纯PVC提高了3倍以上,同时,其韧性、断裂伸长率、模量以及在强度方面有所改善。这说明N-正己烷基马来酰胺酸镧基蒙脱土复合助剂在PVC加工应用中有良好的适用性。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has got a wide application for its low price,mature manufacturing technique,good anti-corrosion and fire resistance,however its disadvantages of bad heat stability,low processing intensity etc.has led to the difficulty of processing and utilization.In this paper,it has taken the hexylamine,maleic anhydride,sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid as the raw materials to compound the N-positive hexyl amino-maleic acid,on which basis,to prepare the N-positive hexyl amino-maleic acid lanthanum(Ⅲ)coordination compound(LaL3),besides,it has taken analysis of basic property and structure by taking advantages of infrared spectroscopy,melting-point measuring etc.coordination compound.Make use of X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)to take micro structure representation for composite materials besides,through the Congo red experiment to test the heat stability efficiency of coordination compound on PVC and the synergistic effect of compound additive on PVC heat stabilizer.After taking mixing and tabletting of compound additive and PVC,take test study of its mechanical property.The experiment has indicated that after adding compound additive,the thermal stability time of PVC has been prolonged and it can reach16minutes,which has increased by3times of pure PVC,meanwhile,it has certain improvement in the aspects of tenacity,breakage and extension rate,modulus and intensity.The above has proved that N-positive hexyl amino-maleic acid lanthanum montmorillonite compound additive has a good adaptability in the manufacturing and application of PVC.
