镀银玻璃微珠导电橡胶性能测试研究

摘　　要：本文通过硅橡胶中添加镀银玻璃微珠之后硅橡胶和导电橡胶的测试的实验,对硫化合成后的玻璃镀银微珠导电橡胶和硅橡胶进行力学、电学和电磁屏蔽效能的对比研究,研究结果表明镀银玻璃微珠导电橡胶具有优秀的电性能、力学性能和电磁屏蔽效能。This paper has taken the test experiment of silicone rubber and conductive rubber after adding silver-coated glass bead into silicone,besides,taken comparison study of the mechanics,electricity and electromagnetic shielding property of the silver-coated glass bead conductive rubber and silicone rubber after vulcanization and synthesis reaction and the study result has shown that silver-coated glass bead conductive rubber has excellent electrical property,mechanical property and electromagnetic shielding property.
