摘　　要：针对当前院校的办学宗旨和建设目标,基于个人从事的基础科研和基层教学心得体会,结合观看影片《疯狂原始人》后关于创新话题的感受,浅谈了作为院校基层教员对于创新思维锻炼和创新人才培养相关问题的几点认识和观点。从创新性格培养、创新机制体制建设、创新人文氛围营造等多个方面探讨了与创新思维锻炼以及创新人才培养相关的问题,并提出了相应的建议,这些工作希望能对今后的科学研究和人才培养产生影响。According to the education purpose and goal of university,some understandings and perspectives are discussed combining our experiences on the basic scientific research and teaching with the feelings about the topic of innovation with watching the film"The croods".Some topics about the training of innovative thinking and innovative talents are discussed fromdifferent aspects,such as the training of the innovative character,the construction of the innovative mechanism,and the creating of the humanistic atmosphere,and some advises are proposed.It is expected that these efforts will have an impact on the future of scientific research and personnel training.
