摘　　要：对大三学生学期结束时已经获得的累计学分和英语及计算机等级考试通过情况加以动态监控和分析,得出可能导致学生结业或者延时毕业的潜在信息,从而将毕业预审核时间节点提前至学生毕业前一学年。该预审核方法可以让学生清楚了解已完成的学业状态,有利于学生的学业指导和帮扶工作,有利于优化人才培养方案,以帮助提高学生的学业质量,确保高等教育的可持续发展。Based on the dynamic monitoring and analysis of the accumulated credits obtained,CET-4test results,and the passing rates of the computer grade examination after three years'study for junior student,the potential information that may cause students to certificate or delay graduation can be obtained.Thus,the graduation pre audit time nodecan be brought forward to one school year ahead of graduation schedule.The pre audit method can make students clearly understand the completed school status.It is beneficial to the students'academic guidance and assistance work.It is also conducive to optimizing the personnel training programs and ensure the sustainable development of higher education.
