新时期警察职业资格认证体系探析

摘　　要：警察职业资格认证工作是实现公安队伍正规化、专业化、职业化的基础和重要组成部分。目前警察职业资格认证工作还存在认证体系不清晰、针对性不强等方面的问题。应从认证方式、职业标准、法律法规等方面加以完善,合理划分、完善警察分类管理制度,完善各警务专业技术职业资格认证工作,充分发挥警察院校在警察职业资格认证体系中的作用。Professional certification is an indispensible element and basis for building a professional,regular and standardized police team.There exist some setbacks in the certification work,such as vague authentication system,weak pertinence and etc.The paper suggests that measures should be taken to innovate certification methods,set profession standards and perfect related laws and regulations so as to lift the level of technical and vocational qualification certification of police work in public security colleges.
