金融发展对技术进步的影响——基于中国省际面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：技术进步是解决当前全球及我国面临的经济增速放缓问题的重要突破点,通过理论分析表明,金融发展通过对企业技术研发提供资金和分担科技创新的风险,以及通过对高校、教育培训机构和贫困学生提供贷款培养出更多科研创新人才等途径对技术进步具有重要的作用。但值得注意的是,通过实证分析发现,虽然目前我国金融规模的增长对技术进步具有显著的正向影响,但是金融效率的提高却对技术进步产生了显著的负向影响,这一结果启示我国在放开金融管制、提高金融效率的同时也应重视金融效率提高可能带来的金融风险的管理和防范,并应进一步加强知识产权的保护和科研创新的重视,促进社会资金和资源流入科研创新领域。Technological progress is important breakthrough to solve the current global and China’s economic slowdown problem.Through theoretical analysis shows that financial development plays an important role in technological progress by providing fund and sharing the risk to the technology research and development of the enterprise.But it is important to note that the empirical analysis found that although the growth of financial scale had a significant positive effect,financial efficiency has a significant negative impact on technological progress.This result enlightens that to improve the financial efficiency to open the financial control should attach importance to the management and prevention of financial risks.Besides,we should further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and pay further importance to scientific research and innovation,which promote the social capital and resources into the scientific research and innovation.
