摘　　要：目的研究探讨切开法联合埋线法矫正中老年上睑皮肤松弛的临床效果与相关的注意事项。方法将收治的接受上睑成形手术求美者30名为研究对象。所有求美者在接受整形手术的时候全部采用切开方法联合埋线方法矫正上睑皮肤松弛,比较手术前后上睑形态与并发症的发生效果。结果在所有接受整形手术求美者中,手术后2个月之内出现单侧重睑变浅的共有2例,在实行修复手术后,3个月后进行回访手术效果均较满意,其余求美者在3个月的回访中均对手术效果比较满意,并且没有出现并发症的情况,即并发症发生率为0,手术效果满意度为93.3%。结论针对中老年上睑皮肤松弛的情况,采用切开联合埋线手术将多余的皮肤切除掉能够获得比较理想的临床效果与美学效果,值得在临床中借鉴使用。Objective To study the embedded wire cut method that the method correct senile upper eyelid skin flabby clinical effect and the related points for attention.Methods Our hospital upper eyelid surgery for beauty of30,the object of study.All seek beauty when plastic surgery to ut all adopt the method combined embedded wire correct upper eyelid skin flabby,compared before and after surgery effect of upper eyelid shape nd the occurrence of complications.Results In all cosmetic surgery for beauty,within2months after surgery in a total of2cases of the single focuson eyelid becomes shallow,in practice the repair surgery,3contracts back surgery effect you satisfied with the rest of torture beauty in3months o return to operation effect is satisfactory,and no complications.Conclusion In the presence of senile upper eyelid skin flabby,adopting joint embedded ire cut excess skin removed to obtain ideal clinical effect and aesthetic effect,is worth using for reference in clinical.
