手足口病后甲脱落与手足口病全身症状相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)后甲脱落与HFMD全身症状的相关性。方法:收集2016年1月-2016年12月笔者科室门诊就诊的87例手足口病后甲脱落患者。采用回顾性调查研究方法,调查一般情况:年龄、性别;全身症状:发热、发热最高峰值、发热持续时间、腹泻、C反应蛋白(CRP);甲脱落情况:甲脱落时间、部位、个数。结果:单纯皮损、体温37.0℃~39.0℃、体温>39.0℃、腹泻以及发热+腹泻组之间甲脱落个数统计学比较,无显著性差异(F=0.98,P=0.912);体温、发热持续时间和CRP与手足口病甲脱落的脱落个数呈现无相关性(r=0.14,P=0.100;r=0.21,P=0.052;r=0.17,P=0.090)。结论:HFMD相关的甲脱落与全身症状关系不明确,其机制尚需更多基础和临床研究。Objective To investigate the correlation between the onychomadesis and systemic symptoms linked to hand foot mouth disease(HFMD).Methods87cases of HFMD in our hospital were collected from January to December in2016.A retrospective study performed:Age and gender were studied on general status.Fever,peak and duration of fever,diarrhea and C reactive protein(CRP)were studied on systemic symptoms.The time,location and number of onychomadesis were studied.Results The number of onychomadesis has no obvious difference in each group of simple lesions,37.0-39.0℃,>39.0℃and fever/diarrhea(F=0.98,P=0.912).There were no correlation between onychomadesis number and peak and duration of fever,CRP(r=0.14,r=0.21,P=0.100;P=0.052;r=0.17,P=0.090).Conclusion The association of HFMD with onychomadesis is not certain,the mechanism of onychomadesis is unclear,there are many studies to support.
