小乳症伴乳房下垂及乳晕过大的综合矫治

摘　　要：目的:探讨小乳症伴乳房下垂乳晕过大的综合矫治方法。方法:采用硅凝胶假体隆乳术增加乳房体积;采用双荷包埋线结扎法来固定乳头基底部,以保持原有乳头的形状;采用双环法结合真皮帽法来切除过多的乳晕及皮肤,以达到缩小乳晕的目的。结果:本组共收治12例(24侧),经对其中6例患者随访6~24个月,乳房、乳头外形饱满挺拔,未再发生下垂,皮肤感觉良好,乳晕边缘的平整无明显瘢痕,患者对术后乳房的大小和外形均满意。结论:综合采用硅凝胶假体隆乳术、双荷包埋线结扎法、双环法结合真皮帽法来矫治小乳症伴乳房下垂乳晕过大,可以取得预期的乳房整体美容的效果。Objective To explore the treatment methods of small breast with breast ptosis and large areola.Methods We use the silicone gel breast augmentation to increase the breast size;used double purse string catgut ligation to fix nipple base,to maintain the shape of the original nipple;used the double rings method and leather cap method to remove the areola and skin to achieve the aim of narrowing.Results There were12cases(24sides)be treated.6cases were followed up from6to24months,their breast and nipple shape were good,no prolapse recurrence,skin feel good,the edge of the areola of scar formation was not obvious.All patients felt satisfied with the postoperative breast size and shape.Conclusion It can achieve the desired effect that combined with silicon gel breast augmentation,double purse catgut ligature,double ring method combined cap to correct small breast with breast ptosis and large areola.
