摘  要:目的:观察Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光联合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:对符合黄褐斑临床诊断的105例患者均使用Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光治疗,其中治疗组53例加用中药面膜外敷,对照组52例单纯1 064nm激光治疗。连续治疗3个周期,评价临床疗效及色素沉着的发生率。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率92.45%,明显高于对照组的76.92%。随访1年后,治疗组总有效率87.79%明显高于对照组69.23%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组色素沉着发生率3.77%明显低于对照组17.31%(P<0.05)。结论:Q开关Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光联合中药面膜治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask on chloasma.Methods105patients who met the clinical diagnosis of chloasma were treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser treatment.Among them,53patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Continuous treatment of3cycles to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the incidence of hyperpigmentation.Results The total ffective rate was92.45%in the treatment group and76.92%higher than that in the control group.The total effective rate was7.79%in the treatment group compared with the control group(69.23%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).fter one year of follow-up,the incidence of pigmentation was3.77%in the treatment group was significantly lower than that n the control group(17.31%,P<0.05).Conclusion Q-switched Nd:YAG1064nm laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask is effective in the treatment of chloasma,and the adverse reaction is rare and deserves clinical promotion.
