社工机构实习对社工本科生专业认同的影响——基于对湖北省两所高校的调查

摘　　要：通过对湖北省两所高校社会工作本科生的问卷调查,发现社工学生的专业认同处于中等水平,其中情感认同和行为倾向性相对较高,而专业与自我的适切度较低。社工机构实习对专业认同具有显著的正向作用,学生在机构项目中参与广度越广泛,参与深度越深刻,其专业认同水平越高。因此,高校要通过合理的实习组织与管理,提升学生社工机构项目参与的广度和深度。Through the survey of social work undergraduates in two Hubei universities,we found that professional identity was at a moderate level,which emotional identity and behavioral tendencies are relatively high,while the fit of specialty and self is lower.The practice in social work organization has remarkable positive effect to the profession approval,the more extensive students participate in institutional projects,the deeper the depth of participation,the higher the level of professional recognition.So,the university should improve the breadth and depth of the project participation through reasonable practice organization and management.
