摘　　要：目的:构建伤病员急救信息平台,以解决海岛等边海防部队地域偏远、交通不便、医疗急救能力有限和医疗信息资源缺乏的问题。方法:设计由移动急救端、会诊端、医院信息系统(HIS)数据库端、移动电子病历系统等组成的伤病员急救信息平台,并研制移动急救端与会诊端,建立双向远程通联,使战现场急救获得后方医院及时有效支持。将伤病员急救信息平台与后方HIS数据库端连接,实现有效数据挖掘,并建立移动电子病历系统。结果:伤病员急救信息平台将能够实现医疗资源的网络共享,对伤病员急救的全流程实施远程指导与技术支持,提升医疗救治质量与效能。结论:平时和战时在远离后方医院的急救环境下,伤病员急救信息平台可有效提升突发事件的卫勤保障效能,促进对伤病员的医疗急救质量。Objective:To construct emergency information platform for wounded so as to resolve a series of problems for coastal defense forces in island,such as remote distance from base hospital,inconvenience traffic,limited capacity of medical emergency and deficient medical information resource.Methods:The design thought of how to construct emergency information platform for wounded was protocolled and was further discussed.The mobile terminals of emergency and consultation were developed and a bi-direction remote connection was established,and these measures could contribute to got efficient supports from base hospital for emergency of field.The emergency information platform for wounded was connected with hospital information system(HIS)of base hospital,so that the efficient data could be found and a mobile electronic medical record(EMR)system could be established.Results:The emergency information platform could achieve network sharing for medical resource,and could implement remote guidance and technique support for the whole process of emergency for wounded,and could improve the quality and efficiency for medical emergency.Conclusion:When the special emergency situation happens in remote field whether peacetime or wartime,this emergency information platform can efficiently enhance medical service for emergency and promote medical emergency quality for wounded.
