摘　　要：目的:探讨SPECT(-CT)场所选址和布局设计,为医疗机构核医学建设中的SPECT(-CT)场所选址和布局设计提供参考。方法:根据我国现行的相关管理政策、SPECT(-CT)技术特点、工作流程及工作经验,讨论SPECT(-CT)场所选址及布局设计相关问题。结果:在医疗机构核医学科建设中,给出了合理进行SPECT(-CT)场所选址及进行各功能区域的布局设计原则及方案。结论:SPECT(-CT)检查需要使用放射性药物,其场地选址与布局设计不同于一般场所,故医疗机构在核医学科建设中除了考虑其工作特点及流程外,还需考虑放射防护的特殊要求,合理进行SPECT(-CT)场所选址和布局设计,为SPECT(-CT)场所放射防护最优化提供基础。Objective:To investigate the site selection and layout design for SPECT(-CT),and provide references on site selection and layout design for hospital to establish SPECT(-CT)section for department of nuclear medicine.Methods:According to the present management policy in China,the technical characteristics,the workflow of the SPECT(-CT)section and practical experience,the site selection and layout design for a hospital to establish SPECT(-CT)section for department of nuclear medicine were discussed.Results:The reasonable principle and scheme of site selection,and layout design of each function area for a SPECT(-CT)section were proposed.Conclusion:The radiopharmaceutical is used in SPECT(-CT),so the site selection and layout design are different with the general site.The special requirements of radiation protection should be taken into account.Reasonable site and layout design are the basis of radiation protection for SPECT(-CT)section.
