摘　　要：目的:研究医院医疗设备巡查的基本方法、内容和措施,从而确保医院医疗设备的正常运转。方法:根据国际医院认证联合委员会(JCI)标准制定医疗设备巡查制度,规范医疗设备巡查项目、巡查流程及巡查报表的模板。结果:通过巡查体系的改革,2015年医院设备经风险评估后需巡查的设备近5000台,巡查的不合格率逐渐下降,其中时钟、台账及标签的差错率显著减少。结论:应用JIC管理模式,有效保证了巡查工作落在实处,保障设备的正常运转,风险得到及时控制,对构建规范的定期巡检体系,推动医院管理向精细化管理发展具有重要意义。Objective:To study the basic methods,contents and measures of inspectionfor medical equipment in hospital,so as to ensure the normal operation of them.Methods:The medical equipment inspection system was established according to the Joint Commission International(JCI)standards,and the items of inspection,process of inspection and report template of inspection were standardized.Results:Through the reform of inspection system,there were nearly5000deviceneed be inspectedafterthe risk assessment in2015,and the unqualified ratesof inspection were gradually decreased,and the error rates of clock,ledger and label were significantly reduced.Conclusion:The application of JIC management mode effectively ensures the inspection work is carried out in practices,ensures the normal operation of the equipment andensures the risk is resolved in time.And it has great significance for constructing normative regular inspection system,and promoting the development of delicacy management of hospital.
