摘　　要：目的:对医学影像专业新生进行认同状况的调查分析,为大学生职业规划提出更有针对性的教育指导提供依据。进而引导调动学生学习积极性、增强毕业生就业竞争力、提升学科社会地位。方法:对南京医科大学医学影像专业新生进行问卷调查,从填报本专业的主要原因、影像专业评价、性别因素3个维度获取医学影像专业新生专业认同度数据;统计分析结果,提出加强教育引导建议。结果:本专业新生的专业认同度处于中下水平,对就业形势认识模糊,对职业评价较低,男生情况略差于女生。在分析存在问题的基础上,建议要重视专业认同度的引导、开发信息平台、完善奖励制度及提供多样化就业信息与指导。结论:面临影像学科快速发展和急需人才的趋势,分析新生专业认同度,对改善教学质量,提高影像人才素质,协助高校建立完善的就业引导方案具有重要意义。Objective:To investigate and analyze the situation of professional identity of new undergraduates in medical image profession,and guide and arouse the learning initiative,provide education guidance with more pertinence for the professional plan of undergraduate,and enhance employment competence of graduates,and improve the social status of this profession.Methods:The questionnaire survey,comparison of results and trend analysis of relative question for new undergraduates of image specialty were collected and analyzed,and then the general situation of professional identity was obtained.Results:The professional identity of new undergraduates were below the average level,and their cognition for employment situation were not clear,and their evaluations for this profession were lower.Besides,the situations of male were lower than that of female.Conclusion:Face to the trend of fast development of image specialty and shortage of image professionals,the analysis of professional identity for new undergraduates is worthy because it can improve teaching quality,enhance quality for image talent and contribute to establish thorough employment guidance plan for colleges and universities.
