摘　　要：随着脊柱开放性手术的广泛开展,手术部位感染已逐渐成为脊柱外科医生不容忽视的一大并发症。如何快速、有效地控制感染促进切口愈合,是目前脊柱外科医生所关注的热点问题。目前,负压封闭引流技术(VSD)已广泛应用于各类急慢性创面的治疗,对于控制局部感染、促进伤口愈合具有良好的疗效,其在脊柱手术部位感染的临床应用被越来越多的文献所报道。结合国内外相关文献,综述负压封闭引流技术在脊柱手术部位感染治疗中的研究进展、效果评价、应用优势及使用注意事项。With the extensive development of open spinal surgery,surgical site infection has gradually become a major complication that cannot be ignored in spinal surgeries.How to quickly and effectively control the infection and promote wound healing have been current a hot topic of spinal surgeons.Vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)has been widely applied in the treatment of various acute and chronic wounds and it possessed good efficacy in controlling local infection as well as promoting wound healing.And its clinical application in the spinal surgical site infection has been reported by more and more literatures.Combined with references of domestic and abroad relevant literatures,to make a review for the effect evaluation,advantages of application and precautions of application about VSD technique in the treatment of spinal surgical site infection.
