硝苯地平联合倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对硝苯地平联合倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床效果进行分析。方法 1000例原发性高血压患者,随机分为单一组和联合组,各500例。单一组患者单纯采用硝苯地平进行治疗,联合组患者采用硝苯地平联合倍他乐克治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果,药物副作用发生情况以及治疗前后血压水平、心率的差异。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于单一组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血压水平、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血压水平、心率均较治疗前显著改善,且联合组改善幅度大于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组药物副作用发生率为3.00%,与单一组的2.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合倍他乐克治疗原发性高血压的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者血压水平,降低心率,且无明显副作用,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect by nifedipine combined with betaloc in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods A total of1000patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into single group and combined group,with500cases in each group.The single group received nifedipine for single treatment,and the combined group received nifedipine combined with betaloc for treatment.Comparison was made on curative effects,adverse drug reactions,blood pressure and heart rate between and after treatment between the two groups.Results The combined group had higher total effective rate in treatment as96.00%than76.00%in the single group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference of blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had obviously improved blood pressure and heart rate than those before treatment,and the combined group had larger improvement extent than the single group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The combined group had incidence of adverse drug reactions as3.00%,which was2.00%in the single group,and their difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of nifedipine and betaloc shows precisely clinical effect in treating primary hypertension.This method can effectively improve blood pressure and lower heart rate in patients,with no obvious adverse reactions.It is safe and creditable,and it is worth promoting.
