地佐辛与右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对胶质瘤患者术后唤醒及镇痛的比较

摘　　要：目的探究在胶质瘤患者术后唤醒及镇痛过程中,使用地佐辛与右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼干预的效果。方法 100例胶质瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用地佐辛联合舒芬太尼干预,观察组患者使用右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼干预。比较两组患者的术后唤醒时间、术后疼痛情况。结果观察组患者术后唤醒时间为(13.75±1.73)min,短于对照组的(18.29±1.96)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后6 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后12 h VAS评分为(2.74±0.36)分,低于对照组的(2.95±0.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛与右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对胶质瘤患者术后唤醒及镇痛的比较发现,右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼对于患者的唤醒时间更短,同时降低患者疼痛的评分,因此值得临床借鉴。Objective To investigate effects by dezocine and dexmedetomidine combined sufentanil for intervention of postoperative wake-up and analgesia in patients with glioma.Methods A total of100patients with glioma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with50cases in each group.The control group received dezocine combined sufentanil for intervention,and the observation group received dexmedetomidine combined sufentanil for intervention.Comparison was made on postoperative wake-up time and postoperative analgesia condition between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter postoperative wake-up time as(13.75±1.73)min than(18.29±1.96)min,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of postoperative6h visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had lower postoperative12h VAS score as(2.74±0.36)points than(2.95±0.29)points in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparison of dezocine and dexmedetomidine combined sufentanil for postoperative wake-up and analgesia in patients with glioma shows that combination of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil provides shorter wake-up time and lower pain score in patients.Therefore,this method is worth clinical reference.
