摘　　要：高校应认真探索学生工作的内在特点和规律,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,通过明确学生工作队伍岗位标准、完善学生工作管理体系文件、建立与学生工作精细化相适应的诊断与改进机制等构建学生工作精细化管理体系。依托学生管理平台,使高校学生工作精细化工作得以有效落实。Colleges and universities should seriously explore the inherent characteristics and laws of students work,the moral education is a fundamental task of education,students work through the clear position standard,improve the student management system documents,meticulous management system construction to establish studentwork and student work fine phase diagnosis and improvement mechanism.Based on the management platform for students the fine work of the college students,the work can be effectively implemented.
