新疆高校学生宿舍的安全管理研究——以塔里木大学为例

摘　　要：学生宿舍是学生在校期间学习、休息、娱乐的主要场所,是开展日常思想政治教育和素质教育的主要阵地。学生宿舍的安全管理工作关系到学生的人身财产安全,关系到学校教学、科研和管理秩序的正常开展,影响到校园和社会的稳定。要确保学生宿舍安全无事故,首先要获取学生的安全意识水平,从而了解大学生对宿舍安全的认知,以便找到引起大学生各方面安全意识差异的根源性因素。其次从宿舍管理人员的责任职责上下手,学生的素质教育着手,学生公寓的各项规章制度上入手。The students'dormitory is the learning,rest,entertainment places during the period of school.It is the main areas to carry out the daily ideological,political education and quality education.Security management work of students'dormitory is related to the student's personal property security,relate to the normal school teaching,scientific research and management order,and affect the campus and social stability.To ensure the safety of students'dormitory without accidents,firstly,we must know the level of safety awareness of students,to understand the college students'cognition to the dormitory security,and find the original factors about the differences of security awareness.Secondly,to ensure students'security,we can carry out from the dormitory managers'responsibility,the students'quality education and rules and regulationsof students'apartments.
