摘　　要：保险专业实践性强的特点,要求高校保险专业教学在重视理论教学的同时,更加重视实践教学。只有建立一批质量较高、相对稳定的校内外实践教学基地,才能为学生提供真实的职业环境,这既是保险专业加强实践性教学环节的需要,更是认真贯彻素质教育思想、培养学生创新精神和实践能力的客观要求。Due to the strong professional characteristics in the practice of insurance,requires the insurance professional attention and theoretical teaching,pay more attention to practical teaching.Only the establishment of a number of high quality school practice teaching base is relatively stable,in order to provide students with the real occupation environment,to strengthen practical teaching which is the specialty of insurance it is earnestly implement the idea of quality education,requirement for cultivating students'innovative spirit and practical ability.
