摘　　要：目的:了解某医学院本科男护生的压力源及应对方式状况,探讨对其进行减压的方法。方法:采取便利抽样的方法选取某医学院80名本科男护生进行问卷调查,内容包括一般人口学资料、本科男护生的压力源量表、简易应对方式问卷。结果:本科男护生压力源总分(115.88±28.677),单条目得分最高的是"担心医生对护理工作过分挑剔"(3.24±1.598);最主要的积极应对方式是"找出几种不同的解决问题的方法",消极应对方式是"自己安慰自己"。结论:本科男护生存在多种压力源,护理教育者应采取就业指导和心理健康教育等方法,减轻其压力。Objective:To understand the medical stressors and coping styles of male nursing undergraduates,to discuss the method of decompression.Methods:A convenience sample of80undergraduate medical college selects certain male nursing students conducted a questionnaire survey,including demographic information,undergraduate male nursing students'Stress Scale questionnaire.Simple coping style of male nursing students.Result:The total score of source of stress(115.88+28.677),the highest single item score is"afraid of doctors finicky about nursing work"(3.24+1.598);positive coping style is the main method to solve the problem and find out the different,negative coping style is"self comfort my undergraduate male nursing students.Conclusion:There are a variety of stressors,nursing educators should take employment guidance and psychological health education and other methods,to alleviate the pressure.
