摘　　要：提高人才培养质量是民办院校生存之道,保证专业人才培养质量,必须明确办学指导思想,科学进行人才培养定位,制定符合自身特点的人才培养目标。现阶段,民办高校应将稳量增质作为其不断努力的方向,充分发挥自身优势和灵活机制,走内涵式发展道路,努力提升社会影响力和知名度,加大学术研究投入,致力于人才培养,提高教育水平。Improving the quality of personnel training are prior for private institutions to survive,ensure the quality of professional training,clear the guiding ideology,make scientific personnel training location,make it developed in line with its own characteristics of training objectives.At this stage,Private colleges should increase the volume and quality steadily as the direction of its ongoing efforts,give full play to their own advantages and flexible mechanisms,make efforts to enhance social influence and visibility,and increase investment in academic research,dedicated personnel training,improve the level of education.
