摘　　要：品质管理圈简称品管圈,即Quality Control Circles,常用叫法QCC。把品管圈管理手法运用于大学助学中心管理工作当中,能建立科学务实的管理制度和运行模式,从而不断加强系部助学工作工作自身建设,不断优化部门职能,稳步扎实而富有创新地做好学生工作。在不断总结工作经验的同时,探索出一条行之有效的工作道路,让大学生奖助学工作进行得更顺利,帮助助学中心建设得更好。Quality control circle QCC is referred to as Quality Control,Circles QCC.,called the common QCC management technique applied to the university student center management work,to establish a scientific and practical management system and operation mode,so as to strengthen the Department of student work for self construction,constantly optimize the functions of the Department,steadily solid and full of innovative students.Constantly sumup experience and explore an effective way for college students to work,scholarship work more smoothly,to help better student center construction.
