借鉴国外经验创新我国终身教育体系对策研究

摘　　要：终身教育是指一个人一生中所受到的教育的总和,包括横向教育和纵向教育两个部分。我国的终身教育有了一定的发展,但依然存在终身教育方面的法律法规不完善、保障机制缺失,受传统观念影响、终身教育工位动力机制不足,协调机制不完善、教育资源共享问题突出等问题。美国、法国等发达国家在终身教育上有很多值得我们学习借鉴的地方,创新各层次终身教育体系。Lifelong education refers to the sumof the education in a person's life,including two parts:horizontal and vertical education.Lifelong education in China has a certain development,but there are still legal lifelong education is not perfect,lack of protection mechanisms,affected by the traditional concept of lifelong education,lack of coordination mechanism of power station,the mechanism not perfect,the education resource sharing problem problems etc..The United States,France and other developed countries in lifelong education has a lot to learn from our place,the innovation of the systemof lifelong education at all levels.
