心理资本对军校学员学习压力导致焦虑和抑郁的调节作用

摘　　要：军校学员是特殊群体,身兼部队战士和大学生二者合一。在校期间,一边学习理论、专业知识,一边进行军事训练。军校学员的学习压力和心理抑郁呈正相关,和心理焦虑正相关;与主观幸福感负相关.心理资本在军校学员学习压力与不良心理状态中起调节作用。Cadets in military universities are special groups who shoulder both the responsibility of solders and the role of college students as well.During the study period,they would learn basic and academic knowledge,and at the same time do military physical training.There is positive relation between the study pressure and psychological anxiety,psychological depression.Negative relation exists between study pressure and the objective feeling of happiness.Psychological capital play a regulative role in moderating the negative psychological mental state related with study pressure.
