摘　　要：随着经济技术的快速发展,复合型电气工程专业人才在社会各行各业都担任重要角色。智能化电气实验室是培养复合型电气工程专业人才的重要场合,因此在智能化电气实验室建设中要不断创新,与时俱进。以此为目标,结合郑州轻工业学院智能化电气实验室建设中的实际,从实验室建设"硬实力"—"软实力"—"走出去"的思路出发,在实验室硬件设备、实验室管理制度、实验室教学方式、实验室与企业对接等方面进行建设与创新。With the rapid development of economy and technology,composite electrical engineers play an important role in various sectors of society.The construction of intelligent electrical laboratory should be continuously innovated,considering the intelligent electrical laboratory is an important place of training of composite electrical engineers.Combining with the practical circumstance of intelligent electrical laboratory of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry,the hardware equipment,teaching method,enterprise docking and management system etc.of laboratory are continuously innovated with the thought of"hard power"-"soft power"-"going out"according to aforementioned goal.
