摘　　要：随着我国化工工艺技术的不断发展,种类多样的化学产品逐步走进人们的日常生活,为人们提供了更加便利的生活体验。但由于化学物料本身具有一定的危险性,导致化学产品的生产过程伴随着多种风险因素的存在,使化工企业的经营生产及工作人员的生命健康都受到一定的安全威胁。因此,提高化工工艺安全设计是实现化工安全生产的重要前提。本文通过对化工工艺设计与其基本特征进行简单介绍,进而分析了化工工艺安全设计中的风险因素实质,并提出了相应的应对措施,希望本文能为我国化工企业的未来发展提供有利参考意见。With the continuous development of China's chemical technology,chemical products and various kinds of gradually entered people's daily life,provides a more convenient life experience for the people.But because of the chemical material itself has a certain risk,resulting in the production process of chemical products with a variety of risk factors,the production and operation and the staff of chemical enterprise life and health are threatened to some extent.Therefore,to improve the design of chemical process safety is an important prerequisite for the safety of chemical production.This paper makes a brief introduction to chemical process design and its basic characteristics,and then analyzes the risk of chemical process safety design Factors,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping that this paper can provide a useful reference for the future development of China's chemical enterprises
